Part 1: Description
The currently designed domestic supercritical units and ultra-supercritical units, are equipped with pre-filter. The pre-filter is pipe-type, that is, to install a certain number of filter element inside, the water from the outside goes into the filter and flow out in porous tube, impurities are trapped in the filter element surface. Folding filter mainly are divided into two forms, when the film is applied, the wound filter is adopted, otherwise folded filter is applied. When the unit is started, precision of folding filter is 10μm, however, accuracy is 2μm or 5μm in normal operation.
With years of experience in filtering technology and reference to foreign information, the folding filter we developed and produced can effectively control solid pollutants  condensing in the water, such as, silicon and metal, etc, and can effectively prevent the oxide from forming dissolved state under the high temperature after the unit is started, greatly shortening the unit start-up time as well as the time which water need to be qualified.

Part 2: Characteristics
High precision, large filter area, large flux, small diameter, less occupation; 
With internal thread connection, easy to install;

Reuse after being washing, long service life.
